No new features were included in this release.

Fixes

Sites with street addresses in excess of 100 characters are now allowed.

Certificates uploaded using the UI would fail to save with no error given if data entry was completed before a dependant asynchronous operation finished.
This operation is now checked for completion before the certificate is submitted.
